At Gladei & Partners we accumulated a critical mass of knowledge and practical experience that allow us to leap into complex real estate projects. Our experience includes property due diligence at the request of the prospective buyer, identifying and structuring the most appropriate acquisition technique (taking into consideration the cost-profit and tax implications), property transformation (rezoning, change of manner of use, demolition, reconstruction), construction documentation, title registration.
