Our people strategy looks inwardly at our responsibilities to our staff. We are people business and the only way to maximize our people's contribution if to nurture talent and innovation and invest in continuous learning and career development.

Our community strategy is built on engaged citizenship and the belief that our people shall use their talents and skills to help others. Beside various pro bono activities, we try to help disadvantaged individuals, in particular offering on-going support to children of Ialoveni boarding school for children with locomotor disabilities (below).

Our environment strategy is focused on impact of our business on environment. We are committed to minimise our energy consumption through the introduction and use of energy-saving devices in our offices, to reduce waste through the promotion of recycling and waste management activities and to encourage the use of less polluting forms of transport.

SANTA CLAUS HAS LANDED AT OUR SCHOOL

Hooh! A long way from Lapland to Ialoveni [a small town near capital city]. Santa has sparked a light in the eyes of those 80 kids hosted by the Ialoveni boarding school for children with disabilities. Well, the boys and girls knew he would not resist to drop around and they have won his heart with poetries, puzzles and ...smiles.
